Kim Strong has been a Doctor of Physical Therapy since 2008. Becoming an expert in caring for individuals before, and after hip or knee replacement surgery. Kim has come to understand the anxieties and concerns that can accompany an upcoming surgery and is ready and willing to help every step of the way!
Preoperative Care
Every person deserves an individualized experience prior to their hip or knee replacement surgery. Together, you and Kim will come up with ways to make your home a safe place to rest and recover. On top of ensuring that you are able to perform your postoperative exercises correctly, and efficiently.
Postoperative Care
Schedule a follow up with Kim to make sure that you're on the right track. In-person or Telehealth appointments from the comfort of your home, are offered. Together, we will make sure that you're performing your prescribed exercises and recovery regimen appropriately. While continuing to help you navigate any individual issues, as they may arise.
Continuing Care
It is not necessary that everyone will need to perform formal physical therapy following their knee or hip replacement surgery. But some will, and Kim is here to help design and guide you through an individualized program to help you achieve your goals.
